Niokolo-Koba National Park
UNESCOA UNESCO World Heritage site, Niokolo-Koba is Senegal's largest protected area (over 9,000 km²). Crossed by the Gambia River, it alternates savannas, gallery forests and hills and remains one of the last sanctuaries of West African big game.
