The Ambassador of Senegal attends Chad’s Independence Day celebration

His Excellency the Ambassador of Senegal to the State of Qatar took part, on 11 August 2026, in the reception held on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Chad, at the Rotana City Center Hotel in Doha.

The celebration, attended by numerous members of the diplomatic corps accredited to Qatar as well as official dignitaries, provided a warm setting of conviviality and exchange among the missions present.

Through its participation, the Embassy of the Republic of Senegal wished to reaffirm the friendship and solidarity uniting Senegal and Chad, two sister nations committed to the values of African brotherhood and cooperation.

The Embassy extends its warm congratulations to the Republic of Chad, to its people and to its diplomatic mission in Qatar, on this happy occasion, and expresses its wishes of peace, prosperity and progress for the brotherly Chadian people.
